A special feature is the lever mechanism between the inner and outer boom, which allows for an additional increase in lifting moment in the extended position. Combined with a single or double telescopic extension, they meet various user requirements. They are buit for loading logs of different dimensions as well as piece and bulk cargo, with a capacity ranging from 10 to 31 tons and a reach of up to 14,5 meters. Hose protection on the column – the hydraulic hoses run from the distributor to the lifting arm on the seat module under the cover, providing the operator with maximum protection from them.
The hydraulic hoses are integrated into the lifting and slewing arms. A removable cover ensures their protection, providing easy access to the hoses for quick and simple replacement.
Smooth guidance of the telescopic arms is enabled by side guides made of high-quality material, which are easily adjustable for optimal control.
The hydraulic hoses are also integrated into the bridge arms, preventing potential damage during transport.
To improve durability and simplify crane mounting configurations, we developed an innovative, patented cast base made of three main structural parts. Thanks to its optimized geometry, achieved through casting rather than welding, the base is free of residual stresses in critical areas — ensuring long-term strength and structural integrity.
Stress visualization highlights how casting eliminates internal tension in high-load area, something welded structures can't match. Tested under real dynamic and fatigue loads, the cast base delivers proven strength and long-term reliability.
